CENTRAL POINTE CONDOMINIUM
EXTERIOR REPAIRS
ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI

This residential condominium facility consists of sixteen individually owned units and is located just north of downtown Clayton, Missouri.  Constructed in the early 1980’s, the exterior of the facility showed major signs of deterioration.  The wood siding was rotting, brick garden walls were failing and skylights were leaking.  Through research, laboratory testing and on-site observation, Bozoian Group Architects determined the cause of this premature deterioration, designed repairs and prepared the construction documentation for repairs.  After our investigation and preparation of the construction documents, Bozoian Group continued with construction and project management services as the repairs were implemented.  The cost for exterior repairs was approximately $400,000.
