Bozoian Group Architects was selected to design a prototype condominium unit for Perry County Land Company, Inc. The project is located on a heavily wooded, sloping site adjacent to Lake Perry. The design criteria for site development included siting the buildings to achieve maximum lake views, reducing pedestrian travel from the parking to the condominium units and maintaining as much of the natural features as possible. Each unit has its own private parking garage with surface parking provided for any additional cars and guests.

The 8,200 square foot building consists of two levels. The upper level of each unit contains bedrooms and full bathrooms. The lower level of each unit contains a living room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen, half bath, storage and utility room with washer, dryer, and other mechanical equipment.

The design criteria for building material selection included durability and ease of maintenance. As a result, the lower level and a portion of the upper level are constructed of concrete masonry units. The rest of the upper level is constructed of redwood siding. The roof is a forty-year, fiberglass shingle.
