This residential condominium facility consists of 16 individually owned units and is located just north of downtown Clayton, Missouri. Designed and constructed by a developer in the early 1980s, the exterior of the facility showed major signs of deterioration. The wood siding was rotting, brick garden walls were failing and skylights were leaking. Through research, laboratory testing and on-site observation, Bozoian Group determined the cause of this premature deterioration, designed repairs and prepared construction documents for the repairs. After the investigation and preparation of the construction documents, Bozoian Group continued with construction and project management services as the repairs were implemented.
