Located in a suburb of Denver, the focal point of this $9,082,000 recreational facility is its aquatic center. The aquatic center contains an indoor wave pool with zero depth entry, corkscrew slide, raindrop, frog slide, lazy river with a vortex, whirlpool and lap pool.

Additional features of the facility include a gymnasium and gymnastic room surrounded by a running track, three racquetball courts, an aerobic room and a cardiovascular and free weight room. The facility also contains preschool and childcare facilities. The main level contains a multipurpose room, which can be divided into three separate meeting rooms.
