This $6,000,000 recreational facility for the community of Farmington contains a three-court gymnasium surrounded by a track at the mezzanine level. The gymnasium, complete with bleacher seating for 3,680 people, is accessible from both the gym floor and the mezzanine level. Another main feature of this facility is the natatorium, containing both a six-lane lap pool and a leisure pool. The leisure pool contains a water slide, frog slide, raindrop, vortex, lazy river and zero depth entry. Additional features of this 58,680 square foot facility include an aerobic room, weight room, meeting rooms, locker rooms and offices.

As project architect for Hastings & Chivetta Architects, Inc., Ms. Bozoian's services included a building code analysis, client meetings, design coordination among the project team and consultants, designing and detailing the exterior details and supervising the entire production of construction documents.
