Bozoian Group Architects provided the construction documentation, coordination and construction administration for the City of University City as they developed their street-level retail area in their parking facility. Located on the "Loop," this 6,800 square foot space is comprised of an open retail area, a private office, private bath and storage facility. Deliveries are made from the alley to the storage area through a restricted-use overhead door. A unique feature of this space is the open volume, allowing the retail tenants maximum display space.
