Bozoian Group recently completed schematic designs for select renovations at the hilltop campus of Washington University in St. Louis. The renovations included the main entrance lobby and 2nd floor lobby at Duncker Hall and the restrooms at Ridgley Hall.

The Duncker Hall lobby renovation included circulation improvements and new millwork, flooring and lighting. All finishes were selected to complement the historical nature of the campus.

At Ridgley Hall, the existing restrooms were small and outdated. Our design included converting four small facilities into two larger ones, improving circulation and complying with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and current plumbing codes. The renovation included all new finishes, fixtures and equipment.
