SOUTHWESTERN BELL INFORMATION SYSTEMS
COMMERCIAL MID-RISE COMPUTER FACILITY

Ms. Bozoian performed construction administration services for a $104,000,000 mid-rise computer facility, known as the Southwestern Bell Information Systems Center.  The eleven story facility is constructed of granite clad pre-cast and aluminum storefront windows.   Special attention was given to the exterior wall construction in an effort  to maintain a constant relative humidity level of 50% for the computer equipment.  Extensive field-testing was performed for air infiltration, water infiltration, condensation resistance, structural loading and seismic restraint.

Katherine Bozoian provided construction administration services for Christner, Inc. Her services for this 636,700 square foot facility included full time, on-site representation, verifying that construction conformed with the design documents, reviewing shop drawings, field testing and resolving discrepancies among the contractor, consultants, architects and engineers.
