Ms. Bozoian performed construction administration services for a variety of projects for Christner, Inc. These projects include research facilities for the Department of Molecular Biology and Pharmacology and the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics at Washington University’s Medical Center. Two floors were gutted in both the North and South Buildings. The total renovation included 20,200 square feet of construction and cost $3,200,000.

In the Department of Pharmacology (shown below) laboratory ceilings were left open to maximize the fourteen-foot high spaces. Corridor openings were aligned with each other to encourage communication between laboratories.  A full-height glass wall seminar room was designed to allow natural light into the windowless corridor, yet provide acoustical privacy.

The design included 7 new laboratories, one new departmental suite, a lecture/library and a cold room.
