Bozoian Group Architects was selected by the State of Missouri to provide current and future space planning services at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center (BHC). The new 52-bed facility has an estimated budget of $13 million. There is also a $7 million budget established for renovations and selected demolition on the BHC campus. 

Responsibilities include:  developing the Department of Mental Health’s space planning documents for the new 52-bed facility and renovation of the existing facilities, reviewing current plans for existing building demolition, assessing the general conditions and location of existing site utilities to support the new and renovated facilities, preparing preliminary conceptual cost estimates for both the new facility and site-wide demolitions and renovations as well as preparing the space program requirements and the final master plan reports with conclusions and recommendations.
