ARCHITECTURAL TOOLBOX FOR EXTERIOR BUILDING REPAIRS
COLUMBIA, MISSOURI

Bozoian Group Architects is proud to work with the University of Missouri as they execute exterior repairs projects across their Columbia campus.  The University’s goal is to extend the life of their historic, mid-century and new buildings. 

Building repairs include, but are not limited to masonry, roofing replacement and window repair or replacement.  Each project varies in complexity and size. 

In teaming with Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Bozoian Group will provide on-site evaluation, analyze data and make recommendations to the University for repairs over the course of the next three years.  Our services include preparing bidding documents and providing construction administration.  As in all our projects, cost estimating will be utilized throughout the process as a design tool.
