OFFICE RENOVATION

Bozoian Group Architects designed the offices of Rafael Enterprises, a development company located in St. Louis, Missouri.  The design consisted of renovating approximately 5,200 square feet of existing office space and bringing the entire building up to current code compliance.  The new design had to accommodate an existing filing system and some unique existing furnishings, such as a fish tank.  Other components of the renovation consisted of a private bath for the president, a conference room, private offices, open offices, copy room and a small kitchen.  The reception area, lined with back-lit display cases, provides access to the existing elevator lobby and rest rooms.
