DELMAR PARKING FACILITY

Bozoian Group was the owner’s representative for the Delmar North Parking Facility in University City, Missouri. The parking facility is a 2-1/2 story post-tensioned concrete structure designed to accommodate 120 cars with 6,800 square feet of retail space at street level. As the owner’s representative, Bozoian Group’s basic responsibilities included reviewing the construction documents for coordination and quality control, monitoring construction progress with the contractor’s payment applications and cost proposals and observing the project throughout its construction. The project was completed in October of 1997 and cost $1,900,000.
